ABOUT
Michelle Cristina Tano earned her degree in psychology in 2008 and has since deepened her expertise in Jungian and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As a certified School Psychologist, she specializes in educational psychology and play therapy, expanding these principles to support individuals at all life stages.
With over a decade of training in somatic therapies—including yoga, dance, and mindfulness—Michelle integrates movement-based healing approaches into her practice. Her global travels have allowed her to study cultural and shamanic healing traditions, blending scientific psychology with mythology, anthropology, and spiritual practices to create a holistic, evidence-based approach.
She has recently focused on sensory immersion therapies, particularly cold exposure and the Wim Hof Method, recognizing their profound health benefits. Passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection, she believes in the healing power of nature, movement, and music as essential pathways to well-being.
